Bioelectrogenesis will participate with two activities in 13th Madrid Science Week. The first of these activities will be held on November 6 at the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Alcalá, entitled Winogradsky Column: electrogenic bacteria and microbial ecology.
The second workshop will take place on November 13 at the facilities of IMDEA Water. Attendees will learn a new type of renewable energy based on the metabolic activity of microorganisms in natural environments.
The Science Week in Madrid is an activity aimed at all ages and levels of training, which is held every year in November. Attendance and participation in the activities is free. Its aim is to make available to the public the topics and issues of interest and concern, unveiling the research centers and the activities they performed as work spaces to improve our lives in the short and long term.
